Description of key information
In accordance with section 7.7 of Column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the water solubility study does not need to be conducted if the substance is hydrolytically unstable at pH 4, 7 and 9. Data shows that the test material is hydrolytically unstable, with a half-life less than 12 hours. Therefore it is considered justified to omit the water solubility study.
