Сътрудничество с партньорски регулаторни агенции
The Agency has cooperation agreements (Memorandum of Understanding or Statement of Intent) with regulatory agencies in four countries: Australia, Canada, Japan and the United States of America. The agreements were concluded in 2010/11. Activities are focused on exchanging information, best practice and scientific knowledge.
These agreements on technical and scientific cooperation can be supported by rolling work plans. The interaction with ECHA's peer organisations includes Directors' video/phone conferences and Technical Dialogue sessions between experts when topics of mutual interest and benefit have been identified. The main focus of cooperation is best practice dialogue on the regulatory science, IT tools and databases relevant for the sound management of chemicals.
The cooperation under current agreements does not include the exchange of confidential business information.
