ECHA workshop on sharing experience on applications for authorisation

Helsinki | 29-30 April 2014

This workshop was addressed to stakeholders with an advanced knowledge on authorisation process.
The aim was to share experiences between previous and future applicants and to get information from the market and from ECHA on the application process: what worked, what could have been done better. The speakers were invited to present their approach in terms of work organisation, communication along the supply chain, description and scoping of the uses, analysis of alternatives, socio-economic analysis; and in addition for previous applicants: on public consultation on alternatives and trialogue.

The meeting gathered more than 40 industry participants and other experts.
