Notify ECHA and request a teleconference based information session

Notify ECHA and request a teleconference based information session

Notify ECHA, at the latest, eight months before you intend to submit an application for authorisation. When sending the notification, please indicate the substance and provide a general description of the uses for which you will be seeking an authorisation.

You can also request a Teleconference based Information Session (TIS) with ECHA to ask case-specific questions regarding the regulatory and procedural aspects related to the application. If your request is accepted, you will need to provide a description of the use to be applied for and submit the questions (up to 5) that you wish to discuss.

The request for a TIS should be submitted at least one months before the requested meeting time and the TIS should be held, at the latest, about three months before the submission of the application.

For joint applications, only one TIS will be available, and this session is for the group of applicants as a whole.
