The scope of the Working Group on the Environment comprises the following topics:

• Environmental data requirements
• Environmental risk assessment
• Proposed risk mitigation measures
• Consideration of the criteria set out in Articles 5 and 10 of the Biocidal Products Regulation

In addition, the Working Group provides support in guidance development and in any other environment issue related to the use of a biocidal product.
