  • Image Executive Director

    Geert Dancet is the Executive Director

  • Image Management Board

    The Management Board is the governing body of the Agency. It has a supervisory role with general responsibility for budgetary and planning matters; the appointment of the Executive Director, the members and the Chair of the Board of Appeal and the reporting of ECHA's activities to EU institutions.

 

  • Image Enforcement

    Forum for Exchange of Information on Enforcement (Forum), according to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, coordinates a network of Member State authorities responsible for enforcement.

 

  • Image Board of Appeal

    The Board of Appeal shall be responsible for deciding on appeals lodged against decisions of the Agency listed in Article 91 of the REACH Regulation.
